TERMS OF SERVICE*You agree to pay half the invoice total upfront. The remaining half must be paid on approval of the final result. In the case of portraits, the full amount has to be paid upfront.*Payment is done through PayPal, using Euros.*I reserve the right to refuse or discontinue a commission at any time, for any reason, under condition of a full refund.*You may cancel the commission at any time, after which I will issue a refund equivalent of the work not done. Once the final product is approved, a refund is no longer permitted.*I will send you occasional work-in-progress pictures of your commission for you to approve. Requests for major changes / multiple minor revisions after this approval will incur additional fees. It is up to my discretion as to what constitutes minor and major revisions.*I, the artist, retain the rights over any commissioned works unless otherwise agreed upon. This means that I have the rights to:-post the commissioned artwork online, for example on my social media.
-record and upload videos of the creation of your artwork.*You, the customer, may:-post the commissioned artwork online.
-print the work for personal use.
-crop or resize the artwork.
-use the model in non-commercial personal work (preferably with credit to me).You may not:-Claim the model / artwork as your own.
-Remove my signature.
-Resell my work.
-Alter the model / artwork in ways not covered under the allowed uses above.
-Use my work commercially without purchasing the rights from me.
-Use my work in blockchain related technology, such as NFTs, or generative AI technologies, including submitting to datasets.*Any characters portrayed in the commissioned work remain copyrighted to their rightful owners.
